Communication From Past Leadership

 

My name is Mike Patrick and I was Theta Omega Gamma (TOG) President from 2016-2017. My experience in leading a not-for-profit organization dates back to 1997 when I became the president of the Florida Veterinary Technician Association.

My tenure as president lasted 15 years and through that time the association, profession, and even myself had grown. Currently, I work as a department lead, providing strategic action plans for some of our clients as well as developing and implementing personal growth plans for team members who wish to climb the corporate ladder.

Today, I would like to spend some time discussing what we have to offer as TOG members.
